It is important to WISKA to provide young people with sustainable prospects for their professional career.
The better you are trained with us, the better you will be able to cope with professional challenges. We therefore invest a lot of time and effort into comprehensively and intensively training our junior staff – just as we have been doing for over 90 years.
We have personally trained 18 percent of our staff. The employment opportunities after successful training are very high and underline our commitment to generating young professionals from among our own ranks.
We offer several ways for you to get to know us better so that you can gain insight into your future career.
For example, you can complete work experience or a voluntary internship with us. Each year, we also open our doors for Girls’ Day and Boys’ Day. You can also get a taste of professional life at WISKA as part of a social day. Moreover, WISKA works with local schools to support young scientists. As part of this, special offers and information sessions are regularly organised for high school scholars from the Kaltenkirchen Gymnasium and the Auenlandschule in Bad Bramstedt.
