As a prospective skilled worker for warehouse logistics, you will take in, manage and properly store goods. You will learn how to put together supplies and travel routes as well as how to load and ship cargo. Optimising logistic processes is also a priority.
Training at WISKA
At WISKA, you will mainly work in our modern logistics centre. Raw materials and semi-finished products will need to be correctly unloaded, inspected, sorted, and stored. In outbound delivery, delivery routes are planned, deliveries are put together and goods are packed.
Storage must function optimally to avoid delaying production. Team skills, interpersonal skills, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility are therefore particularly important for our trainees.
More information
In addition to the practical training at our location in Kaltenkirchen, you will visit BBZ Norderstedt weekly, where theoretical subject matter is taught in special classrooms. At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) as well as good German and maths are prerequisites for the three- year training period.
